Painting Foreman / Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

A company in Manama is seeking an experienced Foreman / Supervisor for the Paint Division. The ideal candidate will lead a team of painters and ensure smooth execution of multiple site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 30 painters
• Oversee multiple site operations and ensure timely job completion
• Schedule and execute painting projects efficiently
• Ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain records and report progress to management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painting foreman or supervisor
• Ability to manage large teams and multiple sites
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and finishes
• Valid Bahrain driving license
