We are urgently looking for an experienced Parotta and Chapatti Maker to join our kitchen team in Adliya, Manama. This role is ideal for skilled cooks with experience in Indian or South Asian breads.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook parottas, chapattis, and other flatbreads according to restaurant standards.
• Ensure consistent taste, texture, and quality of all breads.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Assist the kitchen team in daily food preparation as needed.
• Follow safety and food hygiene standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Parotta or Chapatti Maker in restaurants or catering.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of South Asian bread preparation techniques.
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
