Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant and Accountant with 10+ years of experience to manage our financial operations and provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both financial reporting and executive tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Manage tax filings, ensure compliance, and work with auditors.
  • Track financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Help implement financial policies and improve accounting processes.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Handle confidential documents and communications.
  • Assist with both personal and business tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and client communications.
  • Maintain records and manage expense tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting and executive assistance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
