Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant and Accountant with 10+ years of experience to manage our financial operations and provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both financial reporting and executive tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Manage tax filings, ensure compliance, and work with auditors.
- Track financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Help implement financial policies and improve accounting processes.
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle confidential documents and communications.
- Assist with both personal and business tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and client communications.
- Maintain records and manage expense tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and executive assistance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
