A new bakery in Manama (Adliya) is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo to join our team. We specialize in Pizza Napoletana, a true art form where every pizza is unique! If you take pride in your craft and love making authentic, high-quality pizza, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble pizzas, wings, salads, sandwiches, and other menu items
• Ensure ingredients and sauces are prepped and stocked for each shift
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized
• Set up and break down pizza-making stations and equipment
• Report any equipment malfunctions or food safety concerns to management
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Experience as a pizza maker is a plus
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment (mixers, blenders, ovens)
• Strong understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• A customer-focused attitude and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts
• Culinary school certification is a plus
