Planning Engineer (Manama, Bahrain)

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering project planning, construction scheduling, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project specifications and create realistic time schedules and budgets
• Analyze technical drawings and prepare accurate material and cost estimates
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure all contract requirements are met and tasks are completed on time
• Use data to improve processes and address inefficiencies
• Plan and conduct team meetings; delegate tasks and provide feedback
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• CRPEP License – Grade A
• Proficiency in MS Office and 3D modeling software
• Strong project planning, communication, and multitasking skills
• Solid analytical, critical thinking, and time management abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• Must currently be located in Bahrain
