Production Manager – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for an advertising agency specializing in exhibition stands and POSM (Point of Sale Materials). The ideal candidate will have strong production knowledge, organizational skills, and experience managing materials, costs, and production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and accurate cost estimations for production projects.
• Manage and coordinate production materials such as MDF, acrylic, vinyl, and other display materials.
• Use production systems or ERP software to track and manage workflows efficiently.
• Plan and schedule production to meet project deadlines and targets.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
• Organize resources and monitor production progress to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in advertising, exhibition, or display production.
• Strong knowledge of production materials, techniques, and cost management.
• Proficiency with ERP or production management systems.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
