Project Engineer – High Rise Construction (Bahrain)

We are hiring an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our construction team in Bahrain. The role involves managing and supervising civil works for high-rise building projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil construction works in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and highlight potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local authority requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Support project managers with planning, resource allocation, and procurement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in building and high-rise construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, HSE practices, and quality control procedures.
