A leading construction company in Bahrain is urgently hiring an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer specialized in Civil Works. This is a full-time role based in Manama.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety compliance
  • Prepare project reports and update management regularly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in civil construction projects
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Candidates must be currently available in Bahrain
