About the Role:

A well-known restaurant group in Bahrain is urgently looking for an experienced Purchasing Executive to oversee and manage the procurement department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchasing operations for all restaurant branches
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams
• Maintain cost efficiency and quality standards in all purchases

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant procurement or supply chain management
• Strong understanding of F&B purchasing practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
