Quantity Surveyor – Bahrain (Manama)

A reputable construction company in Bahrain is urgently hiring a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in structural and civil projects.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in structural or civil works).
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze drawings, BOQs, and project documents to estimate costs accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to project needs and business changes.
• Able to suggest process improvements for better efficiency and cost savings.
• High ethical standards and professional conduct.
• Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate material, labor, and project costs based on plans and BOQs.
• Prepare cost breakdowns and pricing reports.
• Manage and review bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.
• Analyze bid data to create accurate cost reports.
• Prepare invoices, variations, and cost control documentation.
