Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in preparing quotations, cost estimation, and handling BOQs and tender documents for construction or related projects. The ideal candidate will support project cost management and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for projects.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
• Support tendering and procurement activities.
• Maintain cost control, track expenses, and ensure compliance with project budgets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Skilled in quotation preparation, cost estimation, and BOQ management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software/tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
