Quantity Surveyor – Real Estate & Construction Company in Bahrain

A leading Real Estate Developer and Construction Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team and manage cost control for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Manage and reconcile variations, claims, and change orders.
• Prepare interim and final valuations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Calculate material quantities required for different construction phases.
• Track project progress and measure work completed against the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects.
• GCC experience in residential and commercial high-rise projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost control.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CCS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
