A growing real estate company in Manama is hiring a Real Estate Specialist to manage property sales, rentals, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Bahrain’s property market, excellent communication skills, and experience in both residential and commercial real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new leads.
- Conduct market research and analyze local real estate trends.
- Pre-qualify clients to understand their needs and budgets.
- List, market, rent, and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Accompany clients on property viewings and provide detailed information.
- Negotiate offers and close deals on behalf of clients.
- Prepare, review, and manage real estate contracts and documents.
- Coordinate with closing agents and other parties involved in transactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stage of the process.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of real estate principles and Bahrain’s property market.
- Motivated, patient, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent client management and social skills.
- Valid Bahrain driving license and own car.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience using Property Finder platform.
- Ability to meet sales targets and achieve monthly goals.
Experience:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong track record of generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent client service.
- Experience in renting and selling residential and commercial properties.
- Skilled in contract negotiation.
