Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional Sales Associate to join our team. You will represent our brand by providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards. Your goal is to create a memorable shopping experience that blends care, product expertise, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with empathy and professionalism
- Recommend products tailored to customer needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients and repeat customers
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and brand stories
- Process sales accurately using POS systems
- Support merchandising, stock replenishment, and store presentation
- Help set up visual displays and seasonal promotions following brand guidelines
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via in-store, online, phone, or WhatsApp
- Contribute to daily sales targets and team goals
- Ensure store hygiene, safety, and brand appearance standards are met
Requirements
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end service
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage
- Warm, confident, and energetic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with diverse customers, especially VIP clients
- Polished appearance and professional behavior
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment
