Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in steel structuring and fabrication to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with strong sales skills to drive business growth and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate contract documents, tenders, and inquiries to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Understand the full scope of work and client requirements for each project.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for incoming inquiries.
• Negotiate and secure tenders and project contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and project quality.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Track market trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Contribute to overall sales growth and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in steel structuring, fabrication, or related engineering fields.
• Strong knowledge of project estimation and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
