A leading real estate developer in Bahrain is looking for Sales Executives to join their call center team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and have a passion for the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on suitable properties based on budget and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and virtual tours, highlighting key features.
- Negotiate deals and present offers, ensuring all parties are well-informed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering continuous support.
- Promote properties through online listings, social media, and networking.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
- Maintain an updated client database and CRM records.
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve skills.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in real estate sales (or other sales industries).
- Strong knowledge of the Bahrain real estate market and pricing trends.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and close deals efficiently.
- Proficiency in real estate databases and CRM software.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Bahraini driving license is a must.
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
