Sales Executive – Male/Female (Sanad, Bahrain)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Sanad, Bahrain. This role involves selling building materials, doors, door handles, sanitary ware, faucets, mixers, kitchen cabinets, and related accessories. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to achieve monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and generate new orders.
• Promote and sell the company’s products and services through email, online leads, and direct customer contact.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable project solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations and pricing for clients.
• Enter orders in the internal system and ensure pricing, discounts, and product details are correct.
• Coordinate purchasing, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.
• Maintain detailed sales records, activity logs, and expense reports.
• Identify new sales opportunities, markets, and product lines.
• Support with installation tasks and fieldwork when required.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of building material products and accessories.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to assess project needs and provide value-added solutions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

Education and Experience

• Relevant qualifications or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the building materials or construction industry.
• Valid driving license required.
• Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Salary and Benefits

• Total package: BD 200 per month.
• Monthly incentives available when exceeding sales targets.
• Annual accumulated incentive paid at the end of the financial year.
• Package includes basic salary and allowances.
