We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales in our Marine Service Department, specializing in Life Rafts and Fire & Safety services. The ideal candidate should have experience in marine sales, excellent client management skills, and the ability to grow our customer base in the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of life rafts, fire extinguishing systems, and marine safety equipment/services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marine industry.
- Manage existing client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with service and technical teams to provide complete solutions.
- Stay updated on marine safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the marine industry.
- Experience with marine safety products such as life rafts and firefighting systems.
- Understanding of IMO and SOLAS regulations preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Marine Engineering or Marine Safety (not mandatory).
- Existing network of clients in ship management companies, shipyards, or port operations.
