Salesman – Mechanical/Building Materials in Adliya, Bahrain

We are seeking a motivated Salesman with a passion for sales and engineering to join our dynamic team. Position Overview:

As a Salesman, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
• Preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conducting site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Negotiating techno-commercial terms, closing deals to meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
• 3-7 years of outdoor sales experience in a Mechanical/Building materials company in Bahrain.
• Bahraini driving license required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Arabic knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to travel as needed and participate in Tradeshow Exhibitions & Conferences.
