A leading company in Bahrain is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple business units. The role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to drive compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise accounting operations for multiple entities
  • Develop and implement financial structures and internal controls
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the CFO and CEO
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closings
  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the accounting team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
