Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Manama, Bahrain

A reputable construction company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost control, and contract management within the civil construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation.
• Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for projects.
• Manage post-contract administration and prepare payment certifications.
• Handle variation orders and claims preparation.
• Ensure accurate final account settlement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage contractual correspondence.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC standards and contractual regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
