Senior Sales Engineer – Mechanical Contracting

Location: Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring a Senior Sales Engineer for a leading mechanical contracting company in Bahrain. The role focuses on structural works, special fabrication, and mechanical projects. Candidates must already be based in Bahrain and available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client visits to generate new business and secure orders.
• Manage and expand business in structural, special fabrication, and mechanical works.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collect due payments and maintain healthy client accounts.
• Work under pressure to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in Bahrain, preferably in structural, fabrication, or mechanical contracting.
• Valid Bahrain driving license.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
