Job Description:
Petal & Beans, part of the Ameeri Group, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track sales performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong professional network in Bahrain.
• Experience in Hotels, F&B, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
