Service Support & Maintenance Staff – Riffa, Bahrain

We are hiring a Service Support and Maintenance Staff member to provide hands-on technical support and maintenance services. This role covers door installation, kitchen cabinet fixing, plumbing, electrical tasks, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate should be skilled, reliable, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain doors, kitchen cabinets, and other carpentry fixtures.
• Perform routine and emergency plumbing tasks such as leak repairs, fittings, and drainage maintenance.
• Handle minor electrical maintenance including light fittings, switches, and wiring with proper coordination.
• Carry out general building maintenance tasks including painting, masonry, and small repairs.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to schedule and follow up on service requests.
• Complete work orders and service reports accurately and on time.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and stock of consumable materials.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or certificate in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance.
• 2–4 years of experience in building maintenance or technical services.
• Strong skills in door and cabinet installation.
• Good knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Basic communication skills in Arabic and/or English.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Flexible to work indoors and outdoors at residential or commercial sites.

Preferred Qualities

• Customer-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Multiskilled technician able to handle a wide range of maintenance tasks.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: BD 170 per month
