A reputable construction company in Bahrain is seeking a highly organized and reliable Site Storekeeper to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and Inspect Materials: Verify quantity and quality of deliveries against purchase orders and invoices, report discrepancies.
- Organize and Store Materials: Safely store materials to prevent damage or theft, ensuring protection from elements (e.g., rain, sun).
- Track and Maintain Inventory: Accurately track material issuances, conduct regular stock checks, and maintain detailed records.
- Material Requisitions & Coordination: Prepare material requisitions and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized storage area, and report safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience as a Storekeeper in a construction site or similar role
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory management software)
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
- GCC experience is mandatory, with a valid GCC driving license
