Job Description:
A well-established wood factory in Bahrain is urgently hiring Site Supervisors. The role requires candidates with strong experience in woodwork, factory supervision, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the wood factory.
• Ensure production work is completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain quality control and oversee safety standards.
• Coordinate with workers and management for smooth workflow.
• Report progress and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wood factory or carpentry supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle production schedules and meet deadlines.
• Must be available in Bahrain for immediate joining.
