About the Role:

A well-known restaurant group in Bahrain is urgently hiring a South Indian Chef. We are looking for someone with strong culinary skills in traditional South Indian cuisine to lead and enhance our kitchen operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food prep and hygiene standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily service
  • Plan and execute menus, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner options
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a South Indian chef in a restaurant setting
  • Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Team leadership and time management skills
  • Must be currently available in Bahrain
