A well-established restaurant group in Bahrain is urgently hiring a skilled South Indian Chef. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian foods such as dosa, idli, sambar, chutneys, vada, and more
• Ensure food is cooked and presented according to restaurant standards
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage daily operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a South Indian chef
• Knowledge of traditional recipes and regional flavors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Must be currently available in Bahrain or able to join immediately
