Position Summary
We are hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. You will ensure excellent service, smooth operations, strong team morale, and sales growth. The ideal candidate has luxury retail or hospitality management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding VIP customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile and regular customers
- Manage daily store operations: staffing, inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and employee performance goals
- Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and coverage effectively
- Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and kindly
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and head office teams
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies
- Promote a positive, people-first store culture
- Train and coach staff on products, service, and brand standards
- Prepare daily sales reports and summaries for management
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium service management
- Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Proven leadership, team-building, and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience serving VIP clients or in a high-touch customer environment
- Comfortable using POS systems, basic Excel, and communication tools
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
