Technician / RO Plant Operator | Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a skilled Technician / RO Plant Operator to join our team. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment systems, ensuring efficient plant performance, and adhering to safety standards.

Salary: BD 80 – BD 120
Working Hours: 12 hours per day
Accommodation: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor RO plant equipment to maintain water quality and production standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform minor repairs.
• Ensure all equipment functions efficiently and safely according to operational guidelines.
• Record daily plant operations, including production, maintenance activities, and any incidents.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth plant operations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Technician or RO Plant Operator is preferred.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems, RO plant operations, and basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Resident in Bahrain or eligible to work locally.
