Traceability Officer – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Traceability Officer to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This role is essential in maintaining food safety standards and ensuring accurate tracking of all ingredients and products across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full traceability process for ingredients and finished products
• Monitor and document the source and movement of materials
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
• Oversee transaction records and related documentation
• Support audits, inspections, and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Flexible with working hours, including night shifts
• Experience in traceability, quality control, or food safety is a plus
• Background in retail or food production preferred
