Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the security services and cleaning services sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, retail, and residential clients
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of sales experience in Security Services, Cleaning, or Facility Management
• Strong network and client base in Bahrain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle
• Full-time contract with a salary package as per Bahrain Law
