Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales, generating new business opportunities, and supporting growth in the IT, software, or digital marketing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities locally
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote IT solutions, software (ERP, CRM), websites, and digital marketing services
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
• Maintain accurate records using CRM software and MS Office tools
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/software or digital marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Age: Below 30
• Gender: Male or Female
