We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online activities related to traffic generation, sales, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting
- Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance
- Collaborate with developers to enhance website speed
- Work with the marketing team or lead digital marketers to improve traffic and quality
- Oversee website re-platforming to a new CMS and ensure the site is mobile-friendly
- Stay updated on market trends and new technologies to improve website performance
- Analyze data to create data-driven strategies that meet KPIs and achieve top performance
- Manage or oversee digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Display, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media
- Develop content calendars and manage website uploads and landing page creation
- Report on marketing performance regularly
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies like PPC, SEO, social media, display ads, and affiliate marketing
- Experience in developing and managing digital marketing strategies focused on eCommerce and retail
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX), web design, customer flow, and web analysis
- Experience with traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion optimization, and sales journey management
