A leading company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Joinery/Fit-Out Estimator to manage cost estimation for interior and joinery projects. If you have experience in cost analysis, blueprint reading, and estimation, apply now!

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Joinery (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2-4 years in cost estimation.
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel and report preparation.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Training & Certifications:
  • Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze shop drawings, blueprints, and documents to estimate cost, time, labor, and materials.
• Assess the cost-effectiveness of projects by tracking actual expenses.
• Consult with clients, vendors, engineers, and contractors to finalize estimates and resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare estimates for management planning, vendor selection, and work scheduling.
• Identify and quantify cost factors such as raw materials, labor, and equipment.
• Provide recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Salary Range:

• 350 BD – 550 BD, based on experience.
