We are seeking a skilled Office Receptionist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This is an urgent vacancy for Filipino candidates. The receptionist will support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming calls professionally.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings for management and staff.
  • Handle procurement and office supply tasks.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Supervise and check the work of labourers on site.
  • Manage and schedule tenant maintenance requests.
  • Apply knowledge of LMRA, SIO, and SIJILAT procedures in office operations.
