Urgent Hiring – Project Engineer (Civil) – Manama, Bahrain (Local Only)

A construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking a Project Engineer – Civil to manage high-rise and villa projects from start to handover. This role is for local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil construction projects independently from initiation to completion
• Supervise large teams of 300+ personnel on-site
• Plan, organize, and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in civil construction projects
• Strong expertise in high-rise building and villa developments
• Proven ability to manage large-scale construction operations
• Hands-on experience in construction contracting (consultant experience not considered)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Age: 32–42 years

Duty Hours & Benefits:

• 10-hour workday
• Accommodation, medical insurance, and flight ticket once every 2 years
