Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting reports
- Oversee daily finance operations and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Handle VAT filing and prepare monthly/yearly balance sheets
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet accounts
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations
- Train, supervise, and evaluate finance team members
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Tally and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Expertise in auditing, VAT filing, and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage a team effectively
