Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationalities: India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal
• Age: Up to 40 years
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in shuttering carpentry or masonry work
• Skills: Ability to read drawings, measure accurately, and handle formwork and concrete work
