Urgent Hiring – Site Supervisor | Furnishing & Interior Design | Manama, Bahrain

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to manage interior furnishing and design projects in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure quality execution, and maintain effective communication between clients, design teams, and site staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and surveys after work orders are created.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Designers, Quantity Surveyors, and the Head of Projects to finalize designs and complete quantity estimations.
• Plan and manage staffing, materials, and subcontractors according to project schedules.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and safety compliance at the site.
• Inspect materials received on-site for quality and quantity.
• Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with the factory and production team to communicate changes or updates.
• Conduct training sessions for tradesmen on work procedures and safety measures.
• Handle billing, invoices, and payment collection for completed work.
• Ensure project work aligns with approved plans and client expectations.
• Prepare O&M manuals and oversee project commissioning and handover.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with sales personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards at work sites.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Projects and Fit Out.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in site supervision or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or interior design setup.
• Experience in GCC countries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams efficiently.
