A well-established travel agency in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with IATA certification and expertise in the Galileo GDS system. If you have at least 2 years of airline ticketing experience and a passion for the travel industry, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Book and manage airline tickets using the Galileo GDS system.
• Handle B2B travel portals for reservations and ticketing.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
• Process payments and issue e-tickets.
• Stay updated on airline promotions and fare rules.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Support operational tasks during peak travel seasons.

Requirements:

• IATA certification (mandatory).
• 2+ years of experience in airline ticketing.
• Strong understanding of airline fare rules and booking procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends and evening shifts when needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
