We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our production unit in Bahrain. This role is open to local candidates and professionals from other GCC countries.

Key Details:

• Nationality: Local Bahrain or GCC countries
• Age: Below 55 years
• Gender: Male
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience
• Working Hours: 7 AM to 4 PM (No overtime)
• Visa: Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire production unit.
• Oversee joinery and furniture manufacturing processes.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Monitor material usage, equipment, and labor for optimal productivity.
• Resolve production-related issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and experience in joinery and furniture production.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet production targets.
