• Age: Within 35 years
• Qualification: MBA graduate
• Experience: 5–7 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and improve the company’s recruitment processes and metrics.
• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Headhunt passive candidates to fill key positions.
• Represent the company professionally during candidate outreach and networking.
• Ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
• Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and talent requirements.
