We are a recruitment office in Bahrain seeking an experienced and result-oriented Indian Recruiter to join our team. The role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for blue-collar jobs in Gulf countries.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, especially sourcing blue-collar candidates for Gulf placements.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written, including email communication).
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and interview handling.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and client companies effectively.
• Professional, responsible, and discreet approach to work.
• Knowledge of additional Indian languages (Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Bengali, etc.) is a plus.

Work Location Options

• Already based in Bahrain.
• From India and ready to relocate to Bahrain.
• Work from India (remote / work-from-home option available).
