Urgently Hiring: IATA Licensed Staff for Travel & Tours in Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for experienced IATA licensed staff to join our travel and tour team in Manama, Bahrain.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: At least 2 years in a travel agency or tour operator, with focus on ticketing, reservations, and customer service.
2. Knowledge of Bahrain: Familiarity with Bahrain’s travel spots, culture, and tourism offerings is a plus.
3. GDS Experience: Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is beneficial.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; knowing other languages is a bonus.
5. Customer Service: Ability to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints efficiently.
6. Attention to Detail: Capable of managing complex travel itineraries and bookings.
7. Teamwork: Must work well in a team and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
8. Problem-Solving: Strong at thinking critically and solving problems, especially in fast-paced situations.
9. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing environments and keep up with industry trends.
