Urgently Hiring: Operation Supervisor in Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Operation Supervisor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The candidate must already be in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment and daily attendance across different project sites
• Supervise operations, ensure smooth workflows, and build strong teams
• Maintain client relations and resolve operational issues promptly
• Oversee staff training, grooming, and day-to-day performance
• Handle duty rosters, scheduling, and transportation arrangements
• Collect attendance from sites and ensure timely submission of invoices
• Support business growth by increasing manpower in existing projects and new accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bahrain in managing services, manpower, or cleaning projects
• Valid Bahraini driving license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage operations independently and meet deadlines
• Must be locally available in Bahrain
• Should be ready to join immediately
