Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage salon appointments, bookings, and schedules
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle customer check-ins, payments, and billing procedures
- Provide information about salon services and promotions
- Support salon staff with daily administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment)
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
