Job Overview:
A reputed company in Bahrain is urgently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is currently residing in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be an Indian male with strong experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the construction or engineering field.

Eligibility:

• Gender: Male
• Nationality: Indian
• Location: Must be locally available in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Handle tendering, cost planning, and contract management activities.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure accurate quantity take-offs.
• Work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure cost efficiency.
• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor payments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and project documentation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Must be available in Bahrain for immediate joining.
