A leading construction company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Site Engineer for immediate joining. Accommodation and transportation are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Report project updates, milestones, and potential risks to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, survey reports, and technical documentation to guide construction activities.
• Plan and allocate resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency.
• Monitor project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges on-site.

Requirements

• Must be currently in Bahrain.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
