We are hiring a Front Office Assistant (Receptionist) for our hotel in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage reservations.
  • Assist guests with requests, provide information about hotel services, and local attractions.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
