We are hiring a Front Office Assistant (Receptionist) for our hotel in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Check guests in and out, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and manage reservations.
- Assist guests with requests, provide information about hotel services, and local attractions.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk staff, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with hotel management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
